Are McDonald’s Teenie Beanie Babies Worth Anything?

No. None of the Ty Teenie Beanie Babies associated with the McDonald’s promotion starting in 1997 are worth anything.

Look Here: Teenie Beanies on eBay

Anything you own can be found very cheap on eBay.

Customers who purchased a Happy Meal from McDonald’s during the various promotions were given a Ty Teenie Beanie.

About the author

Love My Beanies

  • I have plenty of both mcd’s and regulars and they seem to be all worthless or less than what I paid for them but maybe in the future they will increase in value as more collectors come into the market .

  • I have the American Trio – Lefty, Righty and Libearty – from 1996 – in unopened packaging – made for McDonald’s Corporation and with tags, and copyrighted 2000. Any value at all?

        • Common sense tells us (well at least me), that the value of something is only as much as what someone is willing to pay for it. I wouldn’t pay 2 cents for a rare Star Wars collectible, but a Star Wars enthusiast may pay $500. It’s finding the right person, looking for that item. As explained (and researched, not an opinion), due to the massive amounts distributed, verses the amount still in existence, they are worth very little. So actually, that is not what the writer thinks, it is factually based! Sounds like you just lucked up on a poorly researched buyer!

  • I have a very extensive collection of beanie babies, several bears and at least 100 to 150 of them. I also have the large Ronald, Hamburgler and Grimace. How can I find the value? Also have a few Dalmatians as well as other toys in original packages. Someone PLEASE HELP!!!

  • I found a glory bear from McDonald’s in a box the tag says 1993but the box says 1998 with that error would it have more value?

  • Rootbeer is advertised on your site as a bulldog, he’s actually a pug! read the hang tag, talks about making a ice cream float with a mug, ” ” ” favorite pug! im a pug owner! i didn’t miss this! thanks, karl in tokyo.

  • I have the beanie baby folder with alot of beanie baby collectible cards, so of the cards are even puzzles. Is it worth anything?

  • About a year ago I check the value at a few places and then opened them all (about 50) and gave them to my daughter to play with =)

  • I have a teenie beanie maple bear ,it’s original color is white on all other sites I have checked . The one I have the inside of its arms are tan .. what’s it’s value

    • I’m a first grade teacher that would love to have them for a science project. Would you be willing to send them to me? Twin Lakes School in Orangevale Ca

    • why don’t you donate them to some place like st. Jude’s Hospital for Children or any Hospital in your area that has a pediatric Ward. It would be a great thing to do for a sick child. you may consider donating to Fire Department police department they always have little things to give to children to help them over the fear.

  • I have a collection of McDonalds Teenies the date on them is 1993 Made in China all unopened. Cant find any mention of 1993. Are these worth anything please?

    • Mine say the same and they say there the 97 collection. And I have seal re the seal with a Chops the lamb tag on it. That’s probably worthless too!

      • Thay are all wear something as long as their first edition with all tags and second addition and third addition he’s all worth something things that you have to look for is the miss spell words “the coloration and the tags

  • There not worthless actully !! Unless the swing tag is off it then it is, peanut the royal blue elephant teanie beanie from mcdonalds is on ebay right now selling up to 1,000 dollers look it up I’m keeping all my beanies iv had them sence 1994 some are worth alot and will be worth more in the future that’s why there collectables if kept in good shape with tag still on in. The elephant is one of the valuable ones even better if anyone has the bigger size one.

      • I have claude the crab patti a duck mel I do not know bear or mouse lol worth anything I can not find them oh wait I found the crab $2500.00 how do I sell

    • Dang it, i was at my school carnival and they had one of those still packaged but I didn’t know it was worth anything

      • Sellers can ask anything they want on eBay. It doesn’t mean someone will pay that much. You have to look at what items actually sold for. I have a Peanut teenie beanie, still in the package. There are tons of them – and other teenie beanies – out there. Nobody is paying big money for them.

  • I have the special collection edition of the four international beanie babies put out by McDonald’s in 1999..are they worth anything….still in pkgs

  • I have several Beanie Babies , I have some that are listed for over $500 on Beanie Babies head quarters why are your prices for the first generation Beanie Babies prices much lower such as inch the inchworm with felt antennas are worth more than the one with yarn etc? Just asking because I have found many sites and different prices everywhere all of mine have both the tush tags and the hang tags

  • Hundreds of beanie babies. 1 360 328 3585 my name is Jesse. I have nearly all the beanie babies from each gen. Have princess. Glory. Digger. Pincher. Clubby. Magic. The rabbits. Dogs. DragOns. Bears. Unicorns. I’ve got it all. Cheap prices but reasonable. Message me. Or call. Or text. Or email Jesse at jewfed420@gmail.Com thankyou.

  • I actually have the blue elephant called Peanut from Mcdonald’s. It’s from there “2000” collection. I read in the earlier commet the it could be sold for a 1,000 dollars is that correct.

  • Some of the regular size Beanies with the same name as the Teenie Beanies might be worth something to the right collector, but believe me – EVERYONE collected McDonald’s Ty Teenie Beanies and kept them in the cello packaging. Tons of folks are trying to sell them. Pretty much no one is buying them.

  • I have a peanut royal blue 3rd generation large size, great condition. I was wondering what the value could be?

  • I have all Bernie heard from 2004. Including Ronald McDonald the near, grimace the bear, mcnugget the bear, happy meal the bear so on and so forth are the worth anything b

  • I have a collection of three from 1996 and I can’t find it it’s Lefty the donkey Liberty the bear righty the elephant

    • I have a Liberty bear and a Lefty bear signed by Al Gore as he was running for President that year and Vice President at the time. I know he wasnt elected but it still commemorates a lot at the time. I’m looking to sell.
