I have “Happy”, he was a gift and the only one I own, so I don’t really know much about them. Can you tell me what the difference is between1st and 3rd generation tags and what is considered late 1990’s for him. I would appreciate any help you could give me.

I know that the first generations beanies have black and white tags, they also have the ty hang tag that the ty looks a certain way. You can find more info on you tube.
