Sting the Stingray was a 3rd and 4th Generation Hang Tag beanie baby that had a somewhat limited production run. Some of the Ty Beanie Babies that were retired within a few years after introduction can be worth money. eBay seller tkeeper had a Beanie Baby authenticated by pbbags for sale in October 2012. I’m not even sure pbbags authentication service even exists anymore so it will be interesting to see if it effects the final selling price.
