Condition matters: If the toy is well-used and shows noticeable wear, that will dramatically impact the final sale price.
Tags are critical: The Tags play a major role in determining the value of Beanie Babies. Not only do they identify the toy, but the condition of the tag will also factor into the value. Beanie Babies with no Hang/Swing Tag will not be worth as much as one that still has the tags attached.
Authentication: Many of the Beanie Babies listed above are authenticated by 3rd party authentication services. There is a cost associated with grading/authenticating your beanie, usually around $15-20 when shipping is taken into account. If you have a rare beanie, or a 1st generation one, then you might want to consider getting it authenticated to maximize value.

I have 2 different versions of Snort. 1 Snort with “Tabasco” name in poem o hang tag, birth date in numeric, PVC, 2 tush tags (2nd Canadian tag). The 2nd one has “Snort” in poem and does not have Canadian tush tag. Is the 1st one valuable?
I believe so! Ty stopped using the name Tabasco to avoid a lawsuit, it might be one of the first made?

i collected as a child and i recently found every thing i had..i have (ALL STILL IN PACKAGE 2 lEFTY THE DONKEYS, Glory Bear, Maple the Bear, and a crab and fish not in package as well as 6 binders full of cards in mingt condition series 4 holo cards (approx 50) some that are likew see through cards encased in 1/4 screwed plastic…anyone got a ballpark figure what i have?
Lefty, Glory, and Maple are most likely the McDonalds teenie beanies, and they unfortunately aren’t worth much even if they are mint in packaging.
