I was recently given a lot of mint condition Beanie Babies from my grandmother and I’m going to authenticate and sell what I can to help pay off my ghastly college debt. The main one I’m concerned about is 1 of 3 1997 Retired Erin the Bear’s I have. (Green bear with white shamrock on chest and bow.) It has the correct swing tag with a common error as in the unnecessary space at the end of poem. However, the tush tag says Princess. As in the Princess Diana bear, I’m guessing. The other two Erin bears have the correct tush tag, this is the only one I’ve seen like this in person or from searching online. I have detailed pictures too. Email me at waterbessiejesi@gmail.com. I have a Peace bear. On its tush tag, the TM that should sit between the “R” and the name is not there. Also instead of the R directly after collection there is a TM. So far this has been the only one I have seen like this. Inside the hang tag there is no space between TYInc. Gen 4 hang tag. Doesn’t have a number. Vivid bear. PVC pellets. Mint condition. I have been tirelessly looking, and have no luck. If someone could help me solve this mystery, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

If I could find pictures, would that be at least worth finding just for the information? MOST of the “old” beanies I have are 1993-1997 on the tush tag, and as far as I can tell they would probably have Gen 4 tush tags.

I have 2 of echo the dolphin and 2 of waves the whale. One of the dolphins tags says “echo” and one of the dolphins tags says “waves.” One of the whales tags says “waves” and one of the whales tags says “echo.”
It sounds very odd that you would have both Echo the Dolphin and Waves the Whale errors. Send them to a noted pro in Beanie Babies, if they are real errors, they will certify the Beanies as such, if they are counterfeit they will let you know that as well.

I have a Claude Beanie and on the inside of the Hang Tag, there is no writing at all. It’s completely blank.

1. The hang tag should have the birth month written as a word not numerically.
2. The hang tag has an extra space between “birth” and the colon.
3. There is no comma between “Oakbrook” and “IL” on hang tag or tush tag.
4. UK is not written after P015 5TX.

I found two of them with Dotty on the they tags but then the swing tag says Sparky.
And I have multiple princess Diana’s with an almost lilac bow around her neck instead of dark purple!
