💡 What Makes Beanie Babies Valuable?
Condition matters: If the toy is well-used and shows noticeable wear, that will dramatically impact the final sale price.
Tags are critical: The Tags play a major role in determining the value of Beanie Babies. Not only do they identify the toy, but the condition of the tag will also factor into the value. Beanie Babies with no Hang/Swing Tag will not be worth as much as one that still has the tags attached.
Authentication: Many of the Beanie Babies listed above are authenticated by 3rd party authentication services. There is a cost associated with grading/authenticating your beanie, usually around $15-20 when shipping is taken into account. If you have a rare beanie, or a 1st generation one, then you might want to consider getting it authenticated to maximize value.
Beware of fakes: There were many fake and counterfeit beanies that were created during the boom of popularity the toys had in the 1990s.

I have a huge collection on beanies. All of the ones listed here plus many many more. All in protective cases. We cleaned out my wife’s parents house as they are moving. We found all these in the attic. Huge collection. We would like to sell the whole collection. 9258226681
I have a kicks beanie baby with tag errors. The hang tag says 1998 and the tush tag says 1999. Any idea on its value?

Hey, I was wondering if you could help me out! I’ve had this ty since I was a baby and there’s no record of him! Of course his tag is long gone except for the one that is sowed on the butt. It says he was produced in 1987! He’s a white pig!
He’s also pretty long! Not like the beanie babies, but the large tys.
The TY beanie baby company was first produced in 1993 so it’s probably not a beanie baby, just a fake one sorry.
Arnold the pig.

I have a Glory in perfect condition with the 1997/1998 tag errors. It has a protector on the ear tag, tush tag is perfect, has been in display case and not handled, stored in climate control and not exposed to sun. Can you assist me with a value on this?
Hello! Glory Beanie Babies have very little value. Tens of millions were made, aside from a quirky oddity, they tend to sell in the $1-$3 range.

I have a millennium loose thread with two -misprints it has the Gosport instead of gas port, and on the hang tag millennium is spelled with only one n, and it has three spots of loose threads, does anyone know what its worth?
Millennium Bears are very common and have limited value.
I have a hero beanie that has an extra tag behind the swing tag that says agent Cody banks 2 destination London. I haven’t seen any other hero bears like this. Do you know if it’s rare or adds anymore value? Thx!
Hello! The Hero Cody Banks Bear was a promotional exclusive. They are somewhat are. People often list them for sale for $90-$125 without much success. It probably does have some value, maybe $20-$50, but less then $100.
Hi I have Brutus without a hang tag and I was looking for a price I could sell him for.
Without the hang tag, modern Beanie Babies have little to no value.
How much $$ is Brutus?
I have two large boxes of Beanie Babies that have never been handled except to be put away. I got them in the mid to late 90s and was planning on letting my grandkids sell them at a yard sale. Is this wise? Where would I find someone to authenticate some of them?
Typically, the only Beanie Babies that have the potential to be worth money will have 1st Generation Tush Tags: http://lovemybeanies.com/1st-generation-beanie-babies-tush-tag/
We had a gathering at our home and after everyone left, my granddaughter’s beanie bear was missing. We never found out what happened to it. It was and continues to be a topic of sadness to her. It was a plain natural white terrycloth beanie bear, nothing sewn on it…no emblems, no pads sewn on the feet. The whole bear was just plain white terry cloth with 2 tiny black bead eyes. The nose and mouth were stitched. It was about 8 inches in length.
I have been unable to find even a picture anywhere. Do you have anything like that in your collection?
I have McDonald’s beanie babies lots of them. Also v

Hello, I have a derby 3rd gen swing tag and 2nd gen tush tag. Every derby I’ve seen has the nose hole stitchings on the inside of the beanie. The one I have has the nose stitchings on the outside but it doesn’t look like it was done on purpose or damaged. The stitching is actually hanging out. Have you ever seen one like this? Thx!
Anyone on here anymore?
Hello, I have derby with a 3rd gen swing tag and a 2nd gen tush tag. Every derby I’ve seen has the stitching of the nose holes going into the beanie, the one I have has the nose hole stitchings on the outside of the beanie. Hanging out maybe a quarter inch. I just purchased and dunno if this could be from damage or factory mistake. Beanie is in good condition though. Have you ever seen one like this? Thx!
