💡 What Makes Beanie Babies Valuable?
Condition matters: If the toy is well-used and shows noticeable wear, that will dramatically impact the final sale price.
Tags are critical: The Tags play a major role in determining the value of Beanie Babies. Not only do they identify the toy, but the condition of the tag will also factor into the value. Beanie Babies with no Hang/Swing Tag will not be worth as much as one that still has the tags attached.
Authentication: Many of the Beanie Babies listed above are authenticated by 3rd party authentication services. There is a cost associated with grading/authenticating your beanie, usually around $15-20 when shipping is taken into account. If you have a rare beanie, or a 1st generation one, then you might want to consider getting it authenticated to maximize value.
Beware of fakes: There were many fake and counterfeit beanies that were created during the boom of popularity the toys had in the 1990s.

Hello! There aren’t very many good ways to sell Beanie Babies. The most active market is eBay.
I do as well, did you get any valuable information on how?
Hi. I have almost 600 beanie babies. I am in financial crunch at the moment and looking to sell some of the rare ones and/or that may be of some value. What is the best way to find out what they may be worth and then the best way to go about selling them?
Hello. eBay is really the only active marketplace for beanie babies and is also the best place to look up values.
I have a collection of all the months of the year. Any value?
Depends on which set, they made more than one. Typically they are worth $5-$10 each. You’d likely get about $100 for the entire set.
How much is a 1st gen Mystic without a hang tag worth? (Fine mane and orange horn). I’ve seen a lot of conflicting information about it. Thank you.
Hi! Without the hang tag it really hurts the value. I’d guess in the $5-$10 range or so.
If it has a fine mane with brown horn it’s worth anywhere from $800-$1200, I was just literally on a site that had that beanie and price on it

My beanie has a pink hang tag?
Why is this?
From what I’ve read some of the counterfeit’s the red ink on the tush tag runs causing the pink color. Not 100% sure if I were you I’d check into it further. Could be wrong I’m not an expert it’s just something I’ve read about Beanie Babies
Beanies that have a white star, instead of a yellow star. Is that an error? Are they worth more?
